I firstly must say how awe struck with the work that Silver Lady carried out for me. The presentation piece that they produced was absolutely fantastic and depicted exactly what I was looking for. But the whole customer experience was a pleasurable and a very confident one. From the initial engagement to the design and funding options, through to the final acceptance and delivery, showed that Silver Lady was the right choice in commissioning of such a unique piece. The interactions between myself and both Rick and Lucy were friendly and rewarding, as their experience within this field shone through enabling my original objective come to fruition. The modeller was exceptional, the detail and craftsmanship were second to none, ensuring that the quality of the final piece was way higher than originally expecting. This was shown by how my organisation received it, with multiple orders by individuals who were just as impressed by the results as I was myself. I cannot thank Silver Lady enough for the excellent presentation piece they produced and the excellent customer service that enabled a vision come to reality.
